Pune: PROP CONNECT 2026, one of India’s largest one-day summits for real estate consultants, will be held at JW Marriott Pune on Sunday, July 6, bringing together more than 2,000 realtors from 38 cities and over 300 developers from across the country.
Organised by the Professional Realtors of Pune (PROP) in association with the National Association of Realtors-India (NAR-India), the summit will be hosted under the theme ‘Realtors – Fueling the Future’.
The organisers said PROP CONNECT 2026 aims to serve as a comprehensive platform for networking, knowledge-sharing and collaboration among real estate consultants, developers, policymakers and technology experts.
Owing to the scale of participation, organisers described the event as one of the country’s largest gatherings of the organised realtor community.
The details of PROP CONNECT 2026 were announced during a press conference held at PYC Gymkhana on Friday by Udayan Mane, President, PROP, and Ramesh Toshniwal, Convenor, PROP CONNECT 2026.

Speaking about the summit, Udayan Mane said, “PROP CONNECT 2026 is a celebration of the realtor community and the role we play in shaping how India lives, works, and invests.

He added, “The day-long programme, scheduled from 9 am to 9 pm, will feature keynote addresses, fireside conversations, and panel discussions on Pune’s future growth, market trends, artificial intelligence, automation, entrepreneurship, and business expansion.”
A major highlight of PROP CONNECT 2026 will be a keynote address by Dr Abhijit Chaudhari, Commissioner, PMRDA, who will speak on Pune’s next growth corridor.
The programme will also feature ‘The Panchshil Story’, a fireside conversation with Atul Chordiya, along with ‘Story of the Titans’, a session that will bring together leading developers to discuss the future of India’s real estate sector.
According to Ramesh Toshniwal, several marquee developers from Pune’s leading real estate companies will participate in exclusive fireside sessions during the summit.
Highlighting the knowledge sessions planned for PROP CONNECT 2026, Darshan Chawla said that the technology segment will feature Vaibhav Sisinty speaking on artificial intelligence and automation for modern realtors, while CA Sarthak Ahuja will present insights on the 2027 real estate market outlook.
Business coach Rajiv Talreja is also scheduled to deliver a keynote session on scaling businesses 100 times. The summit will conclude with a stand-up comedy performance by Vipul Goyal.
In addition, the event will feature curtain-raiser films, a CSR segment, partner recognition ceremonies and a gala dinner.
Tanuj Nagrani said the summit has been curated to provide practical industry insights while strengthening collaboration between realtors and developers.
He noted that participation from more than 300 developers and partners demonstrates the real estate industry’s strong support for the organised realtor community.
